[Docs] Add diagram to action generator hedging

• Replaced InfiniteTimespan to TimeSpan.FromSeconds(-1)
• Fixed inconsistencies between diagrams
• Fixed Parallel: unhappy path sequence diagram section's description
• Added description to complex circuit breaker scenarios
• Added Action generator: sequence diagram section
