Get-Together Release

This is a release of all the PIPS solvers (PIPS-IPM, PIPS-S, PIPS-NLP). The build system is mature and works both on Linux and MAC OS. Also the solvers have fully functional parallel interfaces.

Get-Together pre-release

This is a pre-release of all the PIPS solvers (PIPS-IPM, PIPS-S, PIPS-NLP).

While each solver is fully functional, the build system has been considerably modified and needs more testing. In particular there are some issues with building PIPS solvers suite on MAC OS.
