Bugs fixed

By using SOS some more bugs were discovered and fixed.
Also some usability enhancements were implemented.

Branch it like crazy

The fast branching feature was written during a long day-trip on the train, plus two nights.
It's still experimental and not enabled as the default branching model, but it works, and is crazy fast.

Looking good tonight

Working on the little details that make usability shine.

Winter wonderland

This release contains lots of improvements for daily work, plus a total overhaul of the merge logic.
Apart from undiscovered bugs, this version should be there for quite some time to gain further experience, and may serve as the basis for the upcoming SOS presentation.
