Required changes for Azure HealthBot swagger (Azure#12124)

* Fixes for SDK generation files.

* Fixes for SDK generation files.

* Added GO.

* Change Healthcare bot to Healthbot.

* 1. Remove unused properties of SKU.
2. Removed unused CheckNameAvailability.json
3. Remove subgroup.

* Sku is required.
