Benefit/Result/Outcome
So that developers and stakeholders can have a simple guide for how work is discovered, defined, prioritized, assigned, and completed.

Description
The goal of this work is to document the process that the core developers are using to get work done so that everyone feels welcome to contribute ideas and code to this project.

Acceptance Criteria

  • The contributing guide is supplemented with a description of how work is discovered, defined, prioritized, assigned, and completed.
