Description
This change modifies the existing ADO Cred Scan and PoliCheck pipeline to be inside our repo, and set to trigger on PR's to the main branch.
Run output is located within the ADO pipelines portal. ADO pipeline must be updated to point the trigger to the main branch after PR is completed.
