Added check for lowest Wp ally
Updated getLowestWp to pass buff parameter as well, similar to getLowestHp. For usage with crune

Updated CRune so it can also target allies who are missing WP. Gives priority to allies with lowest HP, but if everyone is full HP, it will reprioritize to the ally with the lowest WP. If everyone is full WP, the animal will attack like usual.
