modelbuild.sh uses all threads available and does not follow --local_threads #315

Would need to appropriately relate the number of parallel threads to modelbuild.sh. Should harmonize RABIES' usage with the official version from https://github.com/CoBrALab/optimized_antsMultivariateTemplateConstruction instead of the forked version.
