Add pci-dss.profile compliance to alinux2 and alinux3 products.

I'm waiting for a ComplianceAsCode member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

We were not able to find or create Copr project packit/ComplianceAsCode-content-11398 specified in the config with the following error:

Cannot create a new Copr project (owner=packit project=ComplianceAsCode-content-11398 chroots=['fedora-39-x86_64', 'epel-7-x86_64', 'fedora-rawhide-x86_64', 'fedora-38-x86_64', 'centos-stream-8-x86_64', 'centos-stream-9-x86_64']): Response is not in JSON format, there is probably a bug in the API code.

2. whether the project name doesn't contain not allowed characters (only letters, digits, underscores, dashes and dots must be used)
