Add dev_shm rules to rhel7 stig profile

Description:

• The following rules are all DISA stig requirements but are not included in the rhel7 stig profile, this adds them:
  • mount_option_dev_shm_nodev (https://www.stigviewer.com/stig/red_hat_enterprise_linux_7/2020-02-26/finding/V-81009)
  • mount_option_dev_shm_noexec (https://www.stigviewer.com/stig/red_hat_enterprise_linux_7/2020-02-26/finding/V-81013)
  • mount_option_dev_shm_nosuid (https://www.stigviewer.com/stig/red_hat_enterprise_linux_7/2020-02-26/finding/V-81011)

Rationale:

• OL7 references already existed, add the rhel7 references and include the in the rhel7 stig.profile
• Fixes RHEL 7 STIG Update - RHEL-07-021022 - Added Rule #3374, fixes RHEL 7 STIG Update - RHEL-07-021023 - Added Rule #3375, and fixes RHEL 7 STIG Update - RHEL-07-021024 - Added Rule #3376

I'm waiting for a ComplianceAsCode member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.
