WebSQL PhoneGap/Cordova add-on for Win8/Metro apps
Include the project in the SQLite3 folder in your cordova project File -> Add -> Existing project... select SQLite3.vcxproj and build it. Select the Cordova project in the Solution Explorer, then Project -> Add Reference... -> select SQLite3.
