This is an implementation of the code supplied in #760 by @finbarlay
While largely as supplied, this implementation restricts the new profile location and carries the name "Transfer Control". Also in this PR is a new LuaScript Global Variable for the profile name, and there is now an additional profile name value in the HeliosInformation interface. As supplied, the Transfer Control preserves the image cache which hopefully will limit the time taken to transfer control to a new profile.
