IBM Notifier provide by default a way to show to the end user both Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions statements. To customize it you only need to add yours in the two related .rtf file (PRIVACY POLICY.rtf and TERMS AND CONDITIONS.rtf) that you'll find inside the project folder Notification Agent Core/Resources.
