Now we export empty strings instead. See INL/Cobaltje#134
Because if a corpus name contained .e.g YEAR, that would be overwritten with naive string substitution. Also, the displayed format value was actually that of the original document, so we fixed that too. Lastly, the galahad version read the wrong value from the version.yaml.
And write the correct offset to the sourcelayer now that we add spaces between <w>-tags
