- feat(Docker): Update WASI, Emscripten toolchains for LLVM 14
- feat(itk-wasm-cli): Update default Docker image for LLVM 14
- feat(version): Bump version to 1.0.0-b.15
The way exceptions are thrown in Release builds is still causing the `readImageBlob reads a Blob without a file extension` to fail with the new toolchain for unknown reasons.
