- adding and removing nodes from parent nodes - recursively searching nodes at a given location
- removed WindowControlUtil since the API was not stable enouth - selectable node support removed, SelectableNode interface still present to allow users to provide an implementation

Added the window control from jfxtras-lab project to its own submodule. In addition to the window control the module also contains some TestFX based ui tests.
