📝 Description

We added this banner on May 12, 2023, due to us not supporting NS & NS+

• PR that introduced the non-support: feat: lld recover only on lnx modal #3303

This PR is to remove the banner for LNS+, to ensure a user can use Recover Restore with LNS+.

Additionally, this PR resolves the discrepancy between the prettier write and check.
