PHP原生实现GM/T 0004-2012《SM3密码杂凑算法》
由于PHP弱类型的特性，不能正确计算字符串“0”的SM3杂凑值；其余正常，不影响生产环境使用。
本代码由k0tk0t具体实现。尽管最终未选用SM3，但依然感谢你的辛勤付出！
