Per the Issue reported in #1193 by @claudiofgcardoso, this PR fixes a bug when the length of
ParticleSetis changed inmpimode.Note though, that because every change to the
ParticleSetlength now triggers a call toKMeans(), this can become very slow for largeParticleSetswith many.add()calls.
