Currently Funktor does not provide any logging utilities, but there will be some coming in the near future. In the meantime your best option is to write to STDOUT.
Your logs will show up in CloudWatch Logs. If you write JSON to STDOUT then CloudWatch will be able to parse that data, which can make it easier to read logs, and that gives you the ability to use that data in CloudWatch dashboards.
