Debian's Rust version upgrade is slower than expected, so prqlr 0.2.0 may install prql-compiler from GitHub.......

I switched to installing from crates.io at #99.
If the Rust version of Debian testing gets to 1.65 by the next CRAN release (which will be in a few weeks, I think, to comply with the 6 releases in 6 months limit), I can go straight to.......

-> Due to a compatibility issue with Quarto 1.3 that was discovered (#109), I decided to release it immediately.

Unstable is now 1.65.
With luck, testing will be 1.65 in 5 days.
