新增 StableDiffusionXL Reference Control支持

任务描述

任务背景

  • 文生图任务

完成步骤

  1. 模型、代码已经开源。
  2. 根据PaddleMIX ppdiffusers的pipeline,参考HF实现pipeline。
  3. 保证生成效果相当。
  4. 提交代码PR到PaddleMIX。

提交内容：

  1. 提交到PaddleMIX/ppdiffusers/ppdiffusers/pipelines
