Admin View Logs should auto-scroll to end

After the server has been running for a while, the log can be very long.

In ALMOST every case, when someone checks the log - they're interested in the last few entries.

Add a scroll-to-last-page when the log is first displayed, the admin can always scroll back a few pages for things of interest if needed.
