SimFeedback 00.08.05 - RFactor 2

New Features

• RFactor 2 is now supported.
  RFactor 2 TelemetryProvider and game plugin (see ext/rf2 directory) is
  available on github.

Bugfixes

• Firmware Fix. Had a race condition bug under stressful load.
  Needs to be flashed to arduino.
• New Effect form was not ready for the new profile format.
• Controller Number was 0 based but needs to be 1 based.
• SimFeedback produced a higher load (~20% CPU) while just waiting for incoming
  telemetry data.
• Some profiles had the wrong Controller Id (0) for some effects should be 1.
