Overview :

This matlab toolbox includes 4 different graphic for the modelization of different types of hydrocarbon fires : pool fires, fireballs, jet fires a well as gas outflows from pressurized tanks.

Note that you can also use the matlab functions instead of the GUI. These are provided in the source code. You will find example files (Matlab Live Scripts) included.

System Requirements :

Runs on Matlab 2016 or later in all three plateforms (WINDOWS, LINUX, MAC)

Installation :

  1. Download the package fireSIM-matlab-toolbox.mltbx
  2. Open Matlab
  3. In Matlab's file explorer, navigate to the folder where you downloaded the file
  4. Right click on the file and click install
  5. After installation, you should find the 4 freshly installed applications in the APPS section of the toolbar
