ZRFE-911: Accept -F in zmdiaglog for FTP upload of zmdialog file.

Allow users to automatically upload data to FTP by supplying the -F option.
If supplied, it will prompt for a case number and password.

This only works if -Z or -z is supplied. If supplied, the file is placed on our FTP automatically.
