唾 is a character in Adobe-Japan1.

Currently JP 唾 is using the CN form. However, the bottom length of 垂 is incorrect for JP. There is a JP glyph for 唾 in Source Han Serif.

The JP form never existed before in Source Han Sans v1.

I will also like to note the discrepancy of the spaces between components in the CN and JP glyphs, so I think the CN and TW glyph for Sans should be adjusted to lessen the gap, similar to JP-designed glyphs (like the JP Serif of 唾)

EDIT: I picked the wrong glyph for JP Serif on the left, so I updated the image. Now I also include Kozuka Gothic as a reference for what the JP glyph should look like, second from left.

Also of note in Serif, the KR locale is following CN for some weird reason. Please remap it to JP for consistency with the other characters with the 垂 component.

Also I updated the picture on my previous post as I made an error earlier.
