  1. 打开一个 fun 工程
  2. 打开 index.js 文件，handler 上没有 FC: Local Run | FC: Local Debug 的 CodeLens
  3. 点击左边栏的插件图标以后， CodeLens 就有了

从上面的体验行为可见插件的激活时机不对，如果打开一个 fun 项目应该默认激活。
