  1. add NetUtils::GetIP gethostbyname check info. 

    Add error tips.
eg.
ps-plus/common/net_utils.cc:48] Check failed: hent  error! Can not get host [nmyjs_200_72]'s host entry.(Please check /etc/hosts)!
