Add CLI usage

We've added a CLI option for calling the package!
This should allow for users that do not install from source to run experiments with TLiDB.

Response Generation

Release 1.0.2

This release adds response generation as a task available by default for all datasets

Additional Changes

In this release:

• Losses are included in the training and evaluation logs
• Losses are displayed as loss-per-sample

This release has breaking changes from v1.0.0

What used to be referred to as "cotrain" is now "multitask", where source and target datasets/tasks are simultaneously trained.

Documentation in README.md and examples/README.md has been greatly expanded to include detailed examples of training a model with TLiDB.
