Problem with restoring Burly bookmarks in Org-mode, narrowed region, and multi-byte headings

In short, I'm not able to restore burly bookmarks if the saved window configuration contains an org-mode buffer narrowed to a region that has a heading containing multi-byte characters.

Both conditions have to be met otherwise there is no problem:

1. narrowed buffer
2. heading (of narrowed region) contains multi-byte characters

The version of Emacs: 29.0.50
The version of Org: 9.5.2
And the dating of the Burly version from melpa: 20220714.2053

As to the error itself, the error message would be, as an example:
Heading not found on level 2: Ein sch\303\266nes M\303\244dchen

I just had the same problem:
burly-bookmark-handler: Heading not found on level 2: Konvertering av FTP /CFT fl\303\266den

This was when opening a bookmark which was bookmarked with burly-bookmark-window where one buffer was narrows with org-tree-to-indirect-buffer.
