This is a follow-up to #2641.
With the Antrea Helm chart being available (starting with v1.8.0), Antrea can be listed on https://artifacthub.io/.

Add some artifacthub.io annotations to Helm charts

We may add support for more annotations in the future, but this seems
like a good place to start (all annotations are optional).

Our charts are now listed on Artifacthub:

There is probably a way to avoid that "F" image security rating. Need to upgrade some dependencies...
