Recently we found a bug which is caused by a slow deployment via antctl mc deploy, the details can be found in #5080.
I feel it would be better we can use antctl mc to deploy the MC controllers for Multi-cluster e2e, so we can verify that command works as expected. And It would be good to have more e2e test cases to cover antctl mc.
