Chart menu is disabled on chart-fullscreen

When going into fullscreen in a table chart the chart menu becomes disabled.

How to reproduce the

1. Go to a dashboard with a table chart
2. Click on '...' menu and select 'Enter fullscreen'
3. Now that the chart is fullscreen the menu is disabled

Expected results

Manu should be enabled in chart fullscreen mode

Actual results

It's disabled
