SUMMARY

When running npm ci I noticed a wall of warnings complaining about many deps requiring Node ^16.13.0, and one that was >=16.14. I checked that we're just using the generic version 16 on CI, which right now is Node 16.20.2 and npm 8.19.4:

For that reason I decided to set the minimum versions to whatever CI is currently using to get rid of the warnings.
