First commit for the Aura's Lucario set. https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Movie_Commemoration_VS_Pack:_Aura%27s_Lucario_(TCG) Notes: - Will be legal for EX Block only, not Worlds formats. - Time Flower has a mechanic unique to this set: it looks for the "VS" set symbol in the bottom right. I have added the "VS" subtype to handle this. It only interacts with Pokémon, so I didn't add the subtype for Trainers/Energy.
