Out of date with master. I haven't used Freddy with iOS 7 but the update seems clear to me. Bias towards merging once CI is done. :)

Mention because it's related to frameworks?

do you need "paste" here? You don't have to cmd-A / switch to project / cmd-V - just copying the source files into the new xcode project should do it.

Will also say that embedded frameworks are only supported in iOS 8 and beyond.

Removes 'paste' and adds rationale
