Currently, the default filtering for features is done by taking the sum of counts across all samples. However, in some cases, a user would want to look at the number of samples the feature has a count greater than one (probably as a percentage 0-100). It would be great to have this frequency filter built into the interface as a secondary option to the sum filtering.
