I think there might be some work left here. Would be great if @bisq-network/docs-maintainers could take a look and let me know if there's anything they'd like to see covered that isn't. Or any other feedback of course.
Since adding F2F content is a priority, I'm aiming to get this merged soon. Then I'll create a [WIP] for the remaining placeholders, which will probably be a bit more substantial.
For posterity...this PR is a partial response to #80.
