This just means you have another process running on port 8080. You need to kill that process or change the webpack dev server port. You can see that syntax here : https://stackoverflow.com/questions/33272967/how-to-make-the-webpack-dev-server-run-on-port-80-and-on-0-0-0-0-to-make-it-publ
