The builds are getting some errors that are unrelated to Unordered. See boostorg/uuid#162. Update: Fixed in UUID develop branch. I'm re-triggering the CI here. |

At this point, all outstanding external issues have been fixed except for one affecting Cygwin in the Interprocess library, and one affecting clang-win in the Regex library. Given that there are still 2 months until Boost 1.87 closes for changes, I will go ahead and merge this PR, confident that the necessary changes can be made in the other libraries in time. |

This will cause a merge conflict with #271. I will fix it, regardless of which of the pull requests get merged first.
