No. A great deal of a website’s accessibility comes from factors that are outside of what Carbon gives you. While we can and do go through great lengths to ensure the accessibility of our components, their usage is what ultimately dictates whether your website is compliant or not.
As a specific example, we can guarantee that our ghost button is 100% WCAG compliant in a vacuum on a blank page. However, the moment that button is placed on a busy background image it becomes far more difficult for visually impaired users to find.
