MIDI resistance not reported when whole genome is unmapped

Sample 89917A-HCV_S50 from the 14-Dec-2018.M01841 run mapped nicely in the MIDI sample, but the NS5b region of the whole-genome sample was completely unmapped. When we combined the two samples, we didn't even look at MIDI, because there was nothing in the NS5b region of the whole-genome sample.

A good MIDI section should be reported, even if there is nothing to match it in the whole-genome sample.
