Using data set downloaded from Kaggle, this project uses Support Vector Machine algorithms to predict whether participants of a data science training program would be looking for a job change (more background info here: https://www.kaggle.com/arashnic/hr-analytics-job-change-of-data-scientists). An ROC curve was constructed to show the relationship between sensitivity and specificity, and the AUC was calculated.
