Version 4 for Fourth Set of B2GAnaFW ntuples, including first Certified Data

Changes :

• Added Photons from Savvas.
• Fixed several python misconfigurations when running on data.
• Fixed type-o in electron ID (expectedMissingInnerHits was <, not <=)
