The above-mentioned version is newly released by the upstream project and not yet available as a recipe.
Current version from repo 1.4.0 is not compatible with Python 3.12.

Building 1.4.0 version under MacOSX armv8 fails probably because
reconfiguration is done. Try to keep previous behavior to make build
successful.
