Remove recipe: sentry-crashpad/*

Motivation

Since #20762, sentry-native doesn't rely on sentry-crashpad. It then make no sense to keep it in this repository

CCI's policy is to not outright delete recipes unless there's a major issue, and instead mark them as deprecated=True, but I'll check with the team what to do in this case, thanks for your patience! :)
