conda_interface.pyhas logic to handle conda as early as 4.3, but the recipe has pinned for conda 4.6+ for a while now. With the recent work in SubdirData, JLAP and other changes, this is outdated too, so let's see how we can modernize this part of the stack too.Checklist - did you ...
