Describe the bug

Discussed in #286

Installing coveo through npm show an error:

Error: Patch file found for package dev-cli which is not present at node_modules/@oclif/dev-cli

To Reproduce

npm i -g @coveo/cli@1.5.0

Expected behavior

No error should occur on installation,

Desktop:

  • OS: Windows
    • OS version: 10.0.19041
  • Browser N.A.
    • Browser version: N.A.
  • Version of the CLI: 1.5.0
  • Local Node version: 14.17.0
  • Local NPM/Yarn version: 6.14.13

Installing or updating the CLI on future versions should not trip this error.
