This index contains links to scripts that utilize automation for analysis using Cytoscape. These can be useful to script writers looking for examples, and researchers looking for scripts to accomplish similar tasks.

To submit your own workflow, open a new Issue with a 'workflow submission' label and send us a link to your workflow. Workflows should have sufficient documentation included to explain what they do, and how to run them.
